Playgroups can be such a wonderful way to connect with other local families – making new friends and sharing your parenting experiences. They are also a great way for your kids to interact with other kids, play with different toys and learn new activities. Plus, playgroups are a rather cheap way to spend a few hours each week and a perfect wet/ hot weather option. For further information on playgroups, including a list by day of playgroups welcoming new families, check out our Local Playgroups Guide.
West Epping PlaygroupWest Epping Playgroup
The West Epping Playgroup is located at the West Epping Uniting Church but not run by the church, who has runs a different playgroup on Thursdays.
It’s a great playgroup with lots of nice toys, plenty of (indoor) space and a friendly group of mums (plus a few grandmothers!).
They currently have active groups on Monday and Tuesday and would love more members on either day. The committee are also keen to get Wednesday, Thursday and Friday active again, so if anyone is keen please contact us and we can support you to get started.
We meet in the hall under the church, enter via gates on Cnr of Carlingford Rd and Orchard St. You get two free visits to our playgroup to see if it is right for you. If you’re interested after the two visits, our term fee is $20, plus membership fee to Playgroup NSW ($39 annually).
Walk-ins are welcome but if coming on a Monday, avoid the 3rd Monday of the month as we have a park day due to other activities in the hall.
