Fresh crepes….yum! My Mr 3 and I love making crepes at least once a week for breakfast. He loves being the ‘cement pourer and mixer’ 😉

What do you make with your kids?

Ingredients

  • 1cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1.25 cups milk
  • 30g melted butter

Method

  1. Sift flour;

  2. combine wet ingredients together;

  3. Gradually add wet ingredients to the flour, adding extra milk if needed.
  4. Pour crepe mixture onto a hot fry pan, swirl around so nice and thin and then flip when cooked on one side.
  5. Cook on the other side and serve.
