Rosella ParkHidden in the middle of apartment blocks in Harris Park is Rosella Park. The park is named after the well-known, brightly coloured and noisy native parrot.

The main pieces of play equipment is a pentagon swing (with one toddler seat) and a rope climbing tower. There is also a small climbing play gym with a slide at the back of the park.

There are fences on the outside of the park to the residential properties but the playground isn’t enclosed.

Sweetland Patisserie, on Wigram Street, is a local favourite and a very short walk away from Rosella Park.

New toilet block

In November last year, an upgrade of the park was finished with a new toilet block and bbqs being added.

You can enter the park from all four surrounding streets. The toilets, bbqs and parking spots are of Allen Street.

The park is also only a short walk from Harris Park train station (no lift).
