Located opposite Telopea Public School and within walking distance of Telopea train station, Dundas Library is a small branch. It has a good designated children’s section, along with weekly reading programs for children under 5.
The kids area is complete with lounges, tables and chairs to read, do homework on or play with the puzzles, games and bead mazes available to kids visiting the library.
The books available to borrow throughout the City of Parramatta network of libraries are on the whole very well looked after. We borrow from a number of different Council libraries and can easily identify the Parramatta Council ones by how new they look. You are able to borrow up to 40 books for a three week period and can generally renew twice.
There’s an open air carpark at the back of the library, with about 10 car spots. And within the library, there’s a toilet with a baby change table.
