ANZAC Day Events

Anzac Day is one of Australia’s most important national days of commemoration. It’s observed on 25th April and marks the anniversary of the first major military action by the ANZACs (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) in 1915, during WWI.

But Anzac Day is more than the anniversary of the landing on Gallipoli. It’s a day to reflect on the sacrifices made by service women and men who have participated and died in any war, conflict, and peacekeeping operation. And to send our thanks to those currently serving.

Here are the key local ANZAC Day events and activities. Note: this list will continue to grow so keep checking back!
