Tiara Place Park is a small reserve next to the M4. Thankfully the small playground just upgraded and offers local families a much better spot to have a little play now.
The new playground has a small climbing play gym with slide, bridge crossing and rope climbing. There’s also a birds nest swing and toddler swing.
Plus some balance beams and stepping pads at the front of the playground.
Here is a photo of the old playground for comparison – definitely a big improvement!
It was such a sad use of the space, given how many families live nearby in apartments.
The new playground is set back from the road and has a path leading to the play equipment from the road. Plus, there’s still a large enough grassed area to play on.
Finding Tiara Place Park
Tiara Place Park sits to the north of the M4, near Pitt Street, at the end of Tiara Place. There is street parking.
