This event has been postponed for the safety of residents and staff, due to the evolving coronavirus pandemic.
You’re invited to a FREE Telopea Family Fun Day on Saturday 21st March from 11am to 2pm at Sturt Park. Enjoy a community BBQ, giveaways, a Street Gym activation by The Y and meet your Dundas Ward Councillors (11:30am-1:30pm).
There’ll also be a great range of children’s activities available, including:
- Garden games
- Skateboarding workshop
- Rock climbing wall
- GWS Giants pop-up activation
Plus, at this event, Council will be conducting a community consultation where you can have your say on the proposed concept designs for the upgrades to Sturt and Acacia Parks. The aim of these improvements is to provide us with continued access to quality recreation spaces and areas for relaxation in open green spaces.
If you are unable to attend this event, you can have your say on the exciting upgrades to Sturt Park and Acacia Park from 21st March to 6 April 2020. Here’s a summary of the results of the stage 1 community consultation carried out in 2019.
