Constitution Hill Branch Library is a medium sized branch of the City of Parramatta Council Library. It is located next to Greenleaf Park playground and Constitution Hill shops, including Watch Your Fingers Patisserie, which we hear serve a yummy high tea.
The kids area would probably be one of the smallest amongst the City of Parramatta Council library branches, but has some puzzles and soft toys that my boys loved playing with. There are a number of kids tables and chairs nearby and it still has a good children’s book collection.
There are also two weekly storytime sessions during school term, a playgroup and a playground next door to the library.
Weekly Reading Programs
Constitution Hill Branch Library just runs storytime for kids 2-5yrs on Tuesday and Wednesday at 11am during school term.
Karabi Community Development Services run a playgroup at Constitution Hill Library on Tuesday mornings from 10am to 11am and is followed by storytime. There is a gold coin donation to attend and you need to bring a piece of fruit for morning tea.
- Monday, Thursday: 10am to 8pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10am to 5.30pm
- Saturday: 9.30am to 12pm
Joining and Borrowing
Library membership is free and is open to anyone, even if you don’t live within the City of Parramatta. You may borrow a total of 40 items, plus 20 eBooks and 10 eAudiobooks.
